1. What we claim

• The platform. The NFE Studios software, source code, user interface, brand name, and logo.
• The Adventures of Sassy — the original series: its written story, scripts, dialogue, narration, the series bible and character bios (Sassy, Bishop, Maya, Mr. Jacks, Midnight, the Council, and the kingdom premise), and our creative selection, coordination, arrangement, and editing of all audiovisual material (the teaser edit, shot order, timing, and sequencing).
• The characters as original, well-delineated creative expression, together with their names and brand identity.

2. AI-generated components — authorship disclosure

Portions of the audiovisual works on this site were produced with generative-AI tools (for example, image and video generation and synthetic voice and music). Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, material generated purely by AI is not protected by copyright, and a prompt alone does not make a person the author of an output.

Accordingly, our copyright claim in any AI-assisted work covers the human authorship only — the written text we authored and our creative selection, coordination, arrangement, and editing of the material — and not the raw AI-generated elements themselves. When we register such works, the AI-generated portions are disclosed and the human contribution is described, as the Copyright Office requires.

3. Trademarks

NFE Studios™, The Adventures of Sassy™, and our logos are trademarks of Restored Technology LLC used to identify our platform and series. You may not use them in a way that is likely to cause confusion, or to imply sponsorship or endorsement, without our permission.

4. Permitted & prohibited use

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, adapt, or create derivative works from The Adventures of Sassy or our platform code, branding, or characters without written permission, except as allowed by law (e.g., fair use) or your plan.
• Your own account content is governed by our Terms; this notice concerns our original works and brand.
