Outputs are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before using or publishing it.
The Service, including the NFE Studios name, logo, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software except as needed to use the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NFE STUDIOS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFE Studios and its operators from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
